Sapa - Hard Trekking-3days/3nights

ITINERARY:
 
Night 1 : Hanoi – Lao Cai

8:00 PM  Mini bus pick up from hotel and transfer to Tran Quy Cap train station.

9:00 PM  Train departs and over night on train.Travel time approx 9 hrs.

 
Day 1 : Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
 

6:00 AM  Arrive Lao Cai train station.Change to mini bus for transfer to Sapa Hotel.

7:00 to 8:00 AM  Breakfast and shower in hotel.

9:30 AM  Begin trekking from Sapa towards Muong Hoa valley where we can admire magnificent landscapes.

12:00 AM  Trek through Y Linh Ho village with Black Hmong tribe.

1:00 PM  Break for delicious lunch in the local house near by Muong Hoa stream where you can have a nice swim.

2:00 PM Keep trekking through lush rice-terraces towards Lao Chao village to experience Black H`mong people`s daily life and traditional culture.

3:30 PM  Arrive into Ta Van village inhabited by Zay minorities exhibiting strong Chinese culture where we have dinner cooked on a wood fire enjoying the company and hospitality of our Zay family and homestay overnight.

 
Day 2 : Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Ban Ho (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

A farewell to the family after breakfast, we will experience our day of trekking that  takes you along local paths, up and down rice terraces and into the villages and homes of the local hill tribes, the Dzays, the Dzaos, the Hmongs, the Tays. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the stream before moving on to Ban Ho village, an imagination of down tower steps with a universal view of the house roofs of the Tay minority isolated in a green valley appearing in front of your eyes will mark you an unforgettable trip. Dinner and stay overnight with  Tay hill tribe family.
 
Day 3 : Ban Ho - Su Pan - Sapa  – Hanoi.

In the early morning you will get a wakeup call by our guide and spend time to enjoy a pleasant breakfast. Say good bye to local people and start a new trek with more stunning landscapes and other ethnic minority villages dotted to your eyes sight. You enjoy 2 km to a very nice waterfall discovered and named “the Lavie” by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy swimming then picnic-lunch on the bank. In the afternoon trek 4 km up to the main road to get the jeep to return Sapa.

16:00  Back Hanoi by bus. Arrive Hanoi about 21:30

THING TO BRING:

1.     Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March
2.     Due to altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February and March.
3.     Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.
4.     You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.

• From 3 to 5 years old: 50% of adult’s price (No bed) and 75% of adult’s price (with bed)
• From 6 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s price (No bed) and 90% of adult’s price (with bed)
