FULL DAY SAIGON CITY TOUR
Today we will tour the important parts of Saigon. Our tour starts at 8h30 a.m.
We will visit to the Re-Unification Palace,the former palace of President Thieu and his predecessors.Today this building is a museum and venue for offical receptions. Inside, you can visit private rooms of the president, the " War room" from where the South of Vietnamese forces were to controlled and most poignantly, the room where the North Vietnamese army finally took control in 1975. Nearby are the Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral,built between 1877 & 1883, one of the city's major landmarks. Neo- Romanesque in form,Notre Dame is the major seat of the Catholic religion in modern Vietnam.
We continue to the War Remains Museum, where you can learn a lot about Vietnam War.
Enjoy your lunch with Vietnamese delicacies.
In the afternoon, we will visit to Jade Emperor Temple, on of the oldest Chinese temples in Saigon.
The last sight, we will visit today is Ben Thanh market, where all kind of goods are offered.
